Exhibition at the Lapérouse Museum
An exhibition of student’s work took place at the Laperouse Museum in Malabar.
The exhibition was a success again this year, judging by the number of people who came for the opening on the 26th May.

This year the theme was “Voyages” and the students took their inspiration from the geographical zone between Australia and China.
On the walls of the exhibition room, the Beijing Olympic Games took pride of place in an exotic and colourful atmosphere.
The work, often of surprisingly good quality, shows an impressive level of interest and involvement from the students and their teachers. They all deserve our congratulations and encouragement.

After “Fête des Mers” in 2006 and “Océanies” in 2007, “Voyages” has proved to be yet another strong confirmation of the artistic and cultural relationship between the French School, The Laperouse Museum  and the Department of Environment and Conservation.

We hope to see in years to come that this cooperation will transform itself into tradition.
