The Management Committee is composed of Sub-Committees, each of them dealing with one aspect of the school life.

These Sub-Committees are:

Strategic Planning and communication Sub-Committee:
We conduct a reflection on the future of the Lycee Condorcet. Part of it consists in gathering and analysing data to forecast our growth, another part deals with building our identity, our values and communicating them internally and externally. We need to assess our strengths and weaknesses, plan our investments and develop a strong sense of belonging.

We are looking for a team of professional parents to help with these issues.

Site and Sustainability Sub-Committee:

The Site and Sustainability Sub-Committee is made up of teachers and parents. It aims to improve the environmental performance of the school, provide an educational opportunity and a good example to students and improve the school environment.

Canteen Sub-committee
The canteen sub-committee was established to monitor and review the nutritional needs of the students and the operational needs of the canteen.

The members have dealt with improving the meals and introducing special menus with a broader cultural experience, addressing the issues of allergies and examining ways to accommodate growing numbers of pupils. This may require some expansion of the building, but we have been examining the efficient use of space and other methods to improve efficiency.

We are examining various architectural solutions to address these issues.

Information Technology and Website Sub-Committee:

The aim of our subcommittee is to design and implement a medium term plan to modernise the IT infrastructure to give our kids the tools to move with confidence into our technological future.

One of the most visible IT sub-committee initiatives is the new Website. This year the Network Structure is extended, modernised and secured.

Each of these subcommittees:

• work in conjunction with the directors and staff of the different grades to oversee the maintenance of the facilities and development of programs to complement and foster the learning environment; and
• encourage parental involvement and participation to identify areas that need further development.
