Extracurricular Activities
LCS offers extracurricular activities from Grande Section to Year 12. The variety of activities offered allow students to learn and discover new artistic, scientific, cultural, technological, manual and sports disciplines ranging from robotics to dancing. The activities available vary depending on your child’s age, and may change from semester to semester. A new activity program is put together each semester and you will have time to see the program and decide what suits you and your family best before it’s time to sign up. All extracurricular activities are carried out within the school grounds, primary school activities all finish at 5:15 pm, and all activities are run by either LCS staff members or external providers.

Asia-Pacific Swimming Championship - CAPN
Ambassadors in the Making
The first stage of the competition is an inter-LCS event in which seven finalists are chosen. The finalists then go on to compete with students at other AEFE schools in the Asia-Pacific region, and finally, the winners of the second stage move through to the final stage which is held in Paris, France at the end of the school year. The contest aims to promote the AEFE and strengthen the MONDE-AEFE network.
ADN-AEFE Exchange Program
Music Programme
LCS offers group music activities such as choir combined with early learning music workshops and instrumental ensembles. The aim is to provide a quality educational music programme that is beneficial to your children by organising a large performance at the end of each term, in the form of a real concert, with all the participants in the music programme. This allows us to create and nurture a sense of belonging to the music programme and to participate in local and AEFE network events.
All our music teachers have an official NSW Working with Children Check which has been verified by the school. The teachers have been selected by the coordinator for their specialist skills, teaching experience and expertise in working with children.
