French Schools Abroad Week

Photo Contest

Year 5 & Year 6 LCS Students are Committed to Sustainable Development!

The French Schools Abroad Week is an opportunity to raise awareness about this issue by interlacing several themes: vocabulary enrichment, interactions between year 5 and year 6 students, word games, and a multilingual photography contest! An exhibition of the work done by both the pupils of the school and those of the Aaafebs network will close this festive week!

This project allows young generations to bring to life LCS values; respect, goodwill, multiculturalism, excellence, enthusiasm and global citizenship!

The aim: to participate in a large vocabulary quiz and learn while having fun and cooperating.

Pairs of year 5 & 6 students will then have to take a photo illustrating one of the areas of sustainable development and caption the photo in two languages. This is a way of uniting art and science around a major issue of the 21st century.
