Joining Lycée Condorcet is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a place that is truly rewarding.

We offer a welcoming learning community connected by a shared vision and values. We have a friendly culture, built upon mutual respect and genuine care. We strive to ensure that everyone feels valued and appreciated.

We are committed to providing an exceptional education to our students. Our staff not only possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise, but also understand the pillars of the French educational system, including the promotion of coeducational learning. This offers students the opportunity to benefit from a diverse and balanced learning experience, where interactions between genders can foster social, emotional, and academic development. The LCS cultivates an inclusive and collaborative environment, thus supporting our staff to perform at their best.

If you are seeking to become part of a genuine community, make a difference, and be part of something truly special, then the Lycée is the place for you!

An international environment

Lycée Condorcet is a member of the AEFE school network (Agence pour lÉnseignement Francais à l’Étranger), and employs more than 190 teaching, support and operational staff. At the Lycée, we pride ourselves on our ability to grow and evolve in a complex and demanding, global context.

As we evolve, we are always looking for dynamic, motivated staff with a learning and growth mindset which is evidenced by their behaviour, and a willingness and readiness to share their learning with colleagues and team members regardless of the context of their role at the Lycée.

With our global focus, we recruit staff from all over the world, which adds to the diversity and richness of our community. We are committed, therefore, to supporting our staff during relocations, ensuring as smooth a transition as possible.

Lycée Condorcet regularly calls for applications for vacant positions.

We offer two types of contracts:

  • Local contracts – An Australian employment contract, where many conditions of employment are based on the collective agreement(s) in force.
  • AEFE detachment contract. You can consult information and recruitment procedures on the AEFE website. Resident recruitment campaigns are open from mid-January to mid-February.

Before applying, applicants are advised to familiarise themselves with information relating to the Local context. Due to the large number of applications that we usually receive, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. Thank you for your understanding.
