Five Teams Dedicated to Your Child's Education
The Lycée Condorcet team is made up of over 150 dedicated staff members who work daily to provide quality education to your children. This includes our management team, the administration, maintenance and IT teams, native French-speaking and native English-speaking teachers and teaching assistants. LCS also has a Vie Scolaire team, a French particularity that assists students outside of class, a student wellbeing unit, a career guidance officer and many other specialised staff members committed to giving your children the best possible education and support.

Nicolas L’Hotellier, Principal
Nicolas joins the Lycée Condorcet community this winter and brings with him his enthusiasm for, and his extensive background in, bilingual and international education, with a special focus on wellbeing and developing international programs. Nicolas holds a joint Master’s degree in mathematics from ULP Strasbourg and the University of Warwick, as well as a Master’s degree in management with a focus on administration of public schools from the École Supérieure de l’Éducation Nationale. He taught Mathematics before becoming Assistant Principal at collège and lycée level in the Paris region. In 2009 Nicolas joined the Lycée Français de New York where he spent twelve years as Director of Secondary and then Associate Head of School. He is the proud father of two boys who are enthusiastically joining Lycée Condorcet.
Antony Jonkx, Deputy Principal
Originally from Franche-Comté, France, Antony obtained a Master’s degree in Law. A true globetrotter, Antony has worked as a Senior Education Consultant all over the world – France, USA, Morocco, Vietnam – and as Deputy principal in Bolivia before joining LCS in 2015. He is in charge of the pedagogical management of the Secondary School and the organisation of exams. When he is not reading, Antony likes to discover new landscapes by motorbike, his favourite means of transport.
Valérie Bronnert, Primary Director
Valérie Bronnert grew up in Nancy, France, and studied English before specialising in the teaching and schooling of children with disabilities. A teacher and then director, Valérie was awarded the title of Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques. She joined LCS in 2019 after spending 5 years at the Lycée Français de Shanghai. She strives to promote the French language and culture and to implement personalised support systems for students experiencing difficulties. Her weekends are filled with reading, hiking and occasional painting.
Thibault Delor, Business Director
Originally from Lons Le Saunier, France, Thibault specialises in audit and management control. After working for several years at the AEFE headquarters in Paris, Thibault joined LCS in 2018 for his very first expatriation in the network. When he is not keeping a close eye on the institution’s finances, Thibault is eager to travel and enjoys discovering new cultures or returning to his favourite country: Japan. Thibaut is also a great fan of classical music.
Virginie Muti, Marketing and Communication Director
Originally from Lens, France, Virginie studied marketing and communication at business schools in Lille and Nice. After working for more than 10 years for Publicis and then L’Oréal, Virginie left her life in Paris to travel around the world with her family. During their adventure, they fell in love with Australia and decided to settle there. In charge of all communication, marketing and registration services at LCS, Virginie is in daily contact with the school community. She is in charge of relaying all the highlights of LCS but also organises unifying events. When she takes a vacation, Virginie continues to collect family trips to quench her thirst for exploration.
Rosa Rusnak, Head of Compliance and HR
Rosa Rusnak was born in Italy, and moved to Australia at a very young age. With a degree in Computer Science and after a career in this field, Rosa began working in various independent schools in New South Wales. As the LCS Compliance Officer, Rosa ensures that the school complies with local legislation. She is also responsible for overseeing our accreditation by NESA as an independent school. Rosa is a very humane and attentive listener and also deals with any child protection issues that may arise. In her spare time, Rosa is a true cordon bleu who is also passionate about gardening.
